Developed by Lendlease, the hotel was part of the $3.4 billion, 20 hectare transformation of Darling Harbour alongside the redeveloped ICC Sydney.
The 35-storey, 600-room building, dressed in a curtainwall façade of glass, has panoramic harbour and city views from a range of large luxury rooms.
Polyseal installed a range of waterproofing solutions throughout the hotels build including high performing liquid membrane systems in the hotel bathrooms.
