Contracts Administrator / Project Co-ordinator

Due to continued success and an increase in building volume, we have an opportunity for a Contract Administrator / Project Co-ordinator to join our established team in St. Peters, NSW
The Role:
Reporting to the State Manager the responsibilities in this role will include:
- Produce claims and variations, contracts admin of projects
- Preparation of monthly reports
- EHS and Safety Paperwork and document control
- Desire to learn and excel in the construction industry
- A hands-on approach to the role
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Clear communication skills
- Exposure to large commercial and waterproofing projects and advantage
- Office-based role
- You must be able to read and interpret drawings
- You must be able to take off quantities from drawings
- Procurement of materials
Requirements:
- Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role
- Possess a solid background/knowledge or degree in construction management and or quantity surveying.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to interpret building plans
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence & own transport
- Excellent level of computer literacy including Excel & Word Processing
- Previous experience in Waterproofing, Civil and or/Quantity Surveying will be highly regarded.
- Experience in Jobpac / Buildsoft Cubit an advantage
