Description
Construction of the 42-level commercial tower at 300 George Street began in June 2017 with the building taking its place in Brisbane’s skyline late 2019. Providing 58,209m2 of office space, and a worker garden and community space on level 4, the PCA A-grade commercial tower targeted a 5 star Green Star and NABERS ratings.
Polyseal’s services have been used across this build, including installing a protective flooring and coating system to the end of trip facilities (pictured).
